This retirement calculator structures financial progression in phases:
full-time work (with an option to gradually increase contributions)
part-time work (optional)
full retirement, pre-Social Security
retirement, with Social Security/pension
Design:
Withdrawals are subtracted at the beginning of each year
Return on investment is calculated based on the year's beginning balance, plus 50% of the year's contribution, multiplied by the return rate
Expenses during retirement reflect 2% annual inflation
This calculator has zero ads, zero requests for donations, and zero trackers
